      陈米煮米饭不如新米好吃,只要改变一下煮米饭的方法,便会陈米和新米一样好吃。


      做法是:将陈米陶洗干净,放入清水中浸泡两小时,捞出沥干,再入锅中加适量热水、一汤匙猪油或植物油,用旺火煮开转为文火焖半小时即可。若用高压锅焖8分钟即熟。


      放入一汤匙油搅拌均匀做出来的米饭,香滑软糯,粒粒分明,而且绝对不会粘锅,这招非常适合不喜欢吃锅巴的人。

      用茶水煮饭,可使米饭色、香、营养俱佳,并有去腻、清口、助消化的好处。


      做法是:根据米的多少取0.5-1克茶叶,用500-1000毫升开水泡5分钟,然后滤去茶叶渣。将过滤的茶水倒入淘好的大米中,按常规入锅焖制即可。


      注意:记得用绿茶,而且不要茶叶太多了,否则茶叶的味道盖过了米饭本身的香味就适得其反了。
